Shipping destinations

CLEOVARA ships to the countries available in the country selector at checkout. Available destinations, rates, and delivery estimates may vary by product and address.

United States delivery estimate

Most United States orders are currently estimated to arrive in approximately 8 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. If checkout shows free shipping for your order, no shipping charge will be added.

Order tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information can take several business days to update after dispatch.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact support@cleovara.store as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels when they are fulfilled from different facilities. When this occurs, separate tracking information may be provided.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number at support@cleovara.store. Please include clear photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier.

International orders

International delivery estimates are displayed at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs charges, or duties imposed by their destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
